Croydon Medical Clinic previously operated at 407 Dorset Road, Croydon and closed down in June 2023.

If former patients of Croydon Medical Clinic want to obtain their medical records, they should contact Stephen McGoldrick, former business manager, on 0419 353 407.

The records will be provided to the patient on a USB drive and a fee will be payable.
